Technical Support Engineer / £30,000 / Cardiff - Hybrid
We are working with an exciting software company within the health sector who is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing IT team! Our client is looking for someone with a drive to progress alongside having a passion for IT as this role offers LOTS of career progression opportunities. The perfect candidate will have experience supporting Windows environments.
What will you be doing/need?
- Responding to technical requests over the phone and email
- Resolving issues/queries
- Logging issues and requests through the ticketing system
- Escalating issues to the software team
- Having a technical understanding of Windows 10 Operating Systems, Entra / Active Directory, and Office 365
- Strong verbal communication skills
- SQL experience would also be a bonus
