Sustainability Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing sustainability consultancy who provide innovative environmental services to the construction and property industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their team in their Cardiff offices.

Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant include:

  • Deliver BREEAM Assessments for construction projects from project inception through to completion and handover
  • Produce and deliver sustainability reports and net zero strategies to clients to reduce their projects carbon footprint
  • Use OneClick LCA software to produce WLCA's for the planning stages of construction projects

The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:

  • Relevant degree within an environmental science or sustainability field
  • Proficient with OneClick LCA software to produce Whole Life Carbon Assessments
  • Have a BREEAM Assessor qualification such as New Construction and experience delivering BREEAM Assessments
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience as a sustainability consultant within the construction industry
  • Experience producing sustainability reports and Net Zero strategies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well independently
