About the Role

As a Process Operator, you’ll support the Team Leader to achieve optimal line performance, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our products. You’ll bring your expertise to operate equipment, maintain GMP standards, and contribute to a collaborative and motivated team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety:

    • Promote a culture of safety compliance and proactive hazard identification.
    • Follow strict safety procedures during setup, operation, and adjustments of equipment.
    • Support accident investigations, corrective actions, and share learnings.
  • Quality:

    • Help maintain high customer quality standards using "right-first-time" methodology.
    • Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • People:

    • Align and engage with the team to meet production targets.
    • Ensure Operators understand how their actions impact equipment performance.
    • Balance operational efficiency with uncompromised safety and quality.
  • Delivery & Cost:

    • Assist in minimizing downtime and inefficiencies on the line.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation.
    • Understand and address cost drivers, such as yield, waste, and giveaways.
