MS558 - Production OperatorSalary: £11.55 per hourLocation: St MellonsOverview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Operator on behalf of one of our clients. Manufacture products to the expected high standard, based on customer specification.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all orders are completed to company standards, as per specified job cards and quality documents.
  • Ensure health and safety is followed at all times, and correct PPE is worn for the nature of the job being undertaken.
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe and well maintained.
  • Follow manual handling processes. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
  • Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem.
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably within a construction company.
  • Positive work ethic. 
  • Team player.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Good communication skills.
