They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis and insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Financial Analyst Cardiff Gate
£26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- 6 monthly profit share bonus
- Full Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working after 3 month probation period
Role and responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently build relationships and confidently speak to clients
- Support paraplanners and advisers in all file preparation for client meetings.
- Competent on research tools Selecta pension, Synaptics, Trustnet and Cashflow Modelling tool.
- Experience in using a CRM system.
- Ability to assist clients with servicing needs such as withdrawals, annual reviews, general queries with the guidance of advisers to an accurate level.
- Competent at preparing annual review reports.
- Processing new business applications and chasing outstanding requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Accurately able to analyse ceding information from providers and request any missing information
- Ability to analyse investment funds.
- Completion of general tax calculations.
- Ability to work under pressure to strict guidelines.
- Competently train members of the team with general administrative duties
- Positively contribute to the team morale and energy, be a great team player.
- Be part of the Investment Committee, research fund performance, strategy, and objectives to present to the advisers
- Personal responsibility to keep up to date with Compliance testing and knowledge
Pay and Benefits Package
£26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
