FP&A Analyst We are looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team at our clients HO in Cardiff. This is a unique chance to build your career within an innovative, forward-thinking company with exciting growth plans for the future.Working closely with the wider business, you’ll play an integral role in developing our strategic plans and enhancing financial insights across key areas of the business. Your input will support business decisions that drive sustainable growth.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and interpret weekly trading reports, store and Ecommerce P&Ls, and monthly P&L packs for senior management. Assist in compiling quarterly review packs, helping stakeholders gain clear insights for strategic planning.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Create budgets, forecasts, and latest views with a strong focus on accuracy to support cash flow management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the commercial management team to evaluate the financial impact of promotions, offers, and other business activities. Challenge and support them on strategic and operational financial matters.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide relevant financial data and recommendations to senior management on both financial and operational decisions. Liaise effectively with both financial and non-financial leaders across the business.
About You:
  • Interested or already progressing towards ICAEW, CIMA, or ACCA qualification
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders on diverse financial and non-financial matters
  • Adaptable, flexible, and diplomatic in approach
