About the Role

The Broker Account Executive will liaise between the company and its panel of second charge mortgage brokers. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships, promoting technological integration, and driving new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge lending business.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management - Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with mortgage brokers, ensuring seamless communication and training to enhance engagement.

Sales and Opportunities - Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities, analysing data to spot trends and unique selling points within the product range.

Performance Monitoring - Tracking and reporting on account performance, utilising KPIs and sales revenue to drive business growth.

CRM Maintenance - Keeping the CRM system up to date, ensuring accurate and proactive management of broker and customer information.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in customer or business relationship management, preferably within secured lending.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Competence in using Management Information (MI) to identify and leverage business opportunities.
• CEMAP or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
