The Role: You will be the first point of contact for all client and provider queries and issues. Your role includes providing office-based support to your assigned Account Executive, managing the client portfolio through new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewal stages. You will gain hands-on experience handling a range of general commercial policies and conducting pre-renewal reviews to identify gaps in cover. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with national clients across various industries.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Acturis is a significant advantage
• Strong communication, relationship management, and rapport-building skills
• Excellent technical knowledge of a range of commercial products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in broking/underwriting or commercial insurance products
