Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base
- Review work prepared by junior team members and provide coaching/mentorship
- Ensure audits are carried out in compliance with relevant standards
- Assist with the development and implementation of audit processes
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
