Some of the exciting projects you would be involved in include:
- M&A tax advisory on both sale and buy side
- Capital reduction demergers
- EMI valuations
- Designing bespoke share incentives
- Transitions to Employee Ownership
- Tax valuations of shares subject to complex ratchet structures
Benefits:
- Total package is negotiable, but as a rough guide it will be £55k-£60k
- Flexibility to work from home for 2-3 days a week

Requirements:
- CTA Qualified
- Experience in advising OMB's on Corporate Tax matters
