Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

- Analyse financial data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.

- Provide financial leadership on key projects and support business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
