What You'll Do:As a Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with the Operations Director to deliver strategic objectives.
- Manage performance, financial risks, and implement financial controls.
- Shape financial strategies aligned with regulatory frameworks.
- Define key value drivers and KPIs to enhance decision-making.
- Lead long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for sustainable performance.
- Guide investment decisions that align with business strategy.
- Foster a cohesive team environment across Finance and Operations.
- Present financial results in an engaging manner for diverse audiences.
- Develop action plans for timely resolution of financial issues.
