Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Finance Manager to join their long-standing team on a permanent, full-time basis.This site-based role offers full exposure to the business, autonomy in your work, and the chance to make a real impact. You’ll be joining a supportive, high-performing team and will benefit from a competitive salary of up to £50,000, 30 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), which increases after 3 years of service, and study support if required.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their finance career within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Line management of two junior analysts
  • Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Preparing budgets, forecasts, and latest views
  • Producing and analysing profit & loss accounts
  • Leading monthly and quarterly review meetings
  • Developing and presenting P&L packs
  • Interpreting financial data to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with other departments such as Marketing and HR
  • Conducting variance analysis and providing actionable insights
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven experience within a finance department, including budget management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, inquisitive approach with a solution-focused attitude
