Due to continued growth, have an exciting opportunity within our contact centre as a Team Manager within the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team. As a Team Manager, you will lead, support, engage and motivate a team of Claim Handlers to achieve continuously improving service delivery. Reporting into the Contact Centre Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the claims team.
