- Qualified or part qualified accountant (CCAB/CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in environments of ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholder decisions effectively.
- Proactive and skilled at building trusted relationships.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Desirable: Experience with activity-based costing, financial analysis, or should-cost modeling.
- Beneficial: Familiarity with Alteryx and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Salary: Up to circa £48k
