- Lead the financial commissioning aspects for Cardiff and Vale residents, managing financial flows and reserves.
- Provide professional advice on clinical service development business cases.
- Oversee the Finance Commissioning and Costing & Benchmarking Team, ensuring effective workload planning and prioritization.
