Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working alongside a leading NHS organisation in Cardiff to recruit a Head Financial Intelligence. Our client is looking to make a key appointment to the Senior Management Team to be responsible for the co-ordination and provision of financial intelligence that might impact agenda.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Financial Intelligence:

  • Financial Intelligence, ensuring that value, is an integral part of the arrangements
  • Resource planning: ensuring that the strategic and operational plans are developed
  • Forward thinking, ensuring financial forecasts and modelling are developed and embedded
  • Financial monitoring

Required skills and experience of the Head of Financial Intelligence:

  • Fully qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial management and accounts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills with ability to lead.
  • Experience in delivering financial strategy and intelligence at a senior level.
