Description
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Finance, the Head of Management Reporting plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction of the organisation as well as driving "Value" and "Performance" through insightful business intelligence and data.
- Leading the Management Reporting team to deliver high-quality financial reports.
- Lead on the creation of a "Value" lead proposition to Management reporting
- Providing strategic financial advice to key stakeholders.
- Driving process improvement initiatives within the department.
- Develop ongoing reports and dashboards used by the organisation
- Participating in strategic planning meetings and contributing to the overall direction of the organisation.
Profile
A successful Head of Management Reporting should have:
- Professional qualification in ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CIPFA
- Proven experience in Management Reporting in Large companies. NO requirement for sector specific skills.
- Ability to think strategically and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
Job Offer
- A competitive salary, estimated between £380 and £445 daily via an umbrella company. (inside IR35)
- Hybrid working - 2 days on site in Cardiff
