This is a hands-on leadership role that offers the chance to shape the way finance supports the wider business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor and develop a well-established and high-performing finance team
  • Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)
  • Deliver accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
  • Act as a key business partner across teams, contributing to informed decision-making
What We're Looking For:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE
  • Background in legal or financial services essential
  • A confident leader who enjoys managing
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Passion for continuous improvement and adding value

  • Payroll experience would be an added bonus
