- Develop and maintain medium- to long-term financial models, ensuring sustainable funding.
- Analyse funding risks and opportunities, providing strategic insights and actionable solutions.
- Drive high-impact financial initiatives, collaborating with teams to optimize processes and cost models.
- Utilize advanced analytics to automate financial reporting, enhancing efficiency and decision-making.
- Provide expert advice on financial model assumptions and risks, supporting strategic business cases.
- Contribute to procurement projects by performing affordability and should-cost analyses in line with best practices.
- Qualified Accountant (CCAB/CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven ability to influence stakeholder decisions effectively.
- Practical experience with activity-based costing methods and advanced data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Macros, VBA, and Power Query.
- Experience using the Alteryx application.
- Working knowledge of Power BI visualization, including the use of DAX functions.
- Understanding of the purpose and development of should-cost models.
- Salary: Up to circa £60k
