About the Firm:TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm expanding into Cardiff City Centre. As part of their growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to head up and oversee the opening of their new office. This is a unique opportunity for a Conveyancing Team Leader or Head of Department ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Set-Up and Management:
      • Lead the operational setup of the new Cardiff office, ensuring it aligns with the firm's standards and strategic goals.
      • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
      • Oversee office logistics, including facilities, IT, and compliance requirements.
  • Team Leadership:
      • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing conveyancing team.
      • Foster a collaborative and productive work culture.
      • Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Operational Strategy:
      • Develop and implement workflows and processes to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction.
      • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
  • Client Relationship Management:
      • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
      • Ensure a high level of client care is maintained throughout the conveyancing process.
      • Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base in Cardiff and surrounding areas.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:
      • Ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards, including AML and GDPR.
      • Stay updated on legal developments affecting conveyancing.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the growth of the Cardiff office.
    • Represent the firm at networking events and develop strong professional relationships.
