Role Responsibilities
  • Engage in transfer pricing, thin capitalisation, and international tax planning projects
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing advice and overseeing compliance
  • Offer technical tax support across teams, including M&A
  • Assist in managing and developing tax team personnel
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while offering strategic tax planning
  • Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring clients are well informed

Candidate Requirements
  • CTA or ACA qualified with significant corporate tax experience
  • Strong technical knowledge in international tax planning
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with M&A and providing technical tax support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software packages
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff members is preferred
