Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm in Cardiff.

Our client is a Chartered Financial Planning company, who put the clients personal wealth goals at the forefront of everything they do. As their client base in South Wales continues to expand, they are looking to bring on a Financial Planning Administrator to join their back office team.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Onboarding new clients and support in servicing existing clients
  • Sending out letters of authority
  • Liaising with product providers
  • Working closely with the other administrators, paraplanners and advisers
  • General administration duties such as email management

Skills and experience required:
