Key Responsibilities

  • Client-Centric Financial Advice: Provide expert advice on pensions, investments, and general financial planning, tailoring strategies to individual client needs and goals.
  • Portfolio Management: Develop, implement, and monitor tailored financial plans and investment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing guidance and adapting plans in response to changing circumstances.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all advice and activities align with regulatory and legislative requirements, maintaining accurate records and comprehensive client files.
  • Market & Product Research: Stay informed about the latest financial products, market developments, and industry trends to provide innovative and effective solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand the client base through referrals, networking, and professional connections.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Advisor, delivering high-quality, compliant advice.
  • Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning or working towards. (Or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and general financial planning principles.
  • Proven ability to build trust with clients and deliver tailored advice that addresses their unique needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
