Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update back-office client records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle information requests and manage correspondence with clients and providers.
- Package and submit life, investment, and pension applications to providers.
- Record and track new business applications through to completion.
- Manage the annual review diary to ensure timely client follow-ups.
- Assist with quarterly investment rebalances to keep client portfolios optimized.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial advice administration role.
- Strong understanding of back-office systems, ideally IRESS XPLAN.
- Financial services qualifications or progress toward Diploma Level 4 (preferred).
- GCSE grades A-C/1-3 in Mathematics and English.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and providers.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
