My client-are a focused Wealth Management and Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm dedicated to delivering tailored financial planning solutions. They are seeking an experienced and qualified Paraplanner to provide high-level technical and research support to our advisers.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Prepare bespoke, compliant suitability reports for pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection.
  • Conduct detailed product and fund research using financial planning tools and platforms.
  • Support advisers in the development of financial plans and client strategies.
  • Analyze clients' existing arrangements and provide recommendations aligned with their goals.
  • Assist with technical queries and stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient case progression and client communication.
  • Ensure all advice and documentation meet FCA compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with progression towards or achievement of Level 6 (Advanced Diploma/Chartered) highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ paraplanning experience within a Wealth Management, IFA, or Financial Planning environment.
  • Proficient with financial planning software, provider platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and client-focused.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investment platforms, tax wrappers, trusts, and estate planning.
