Mortgage Case Handler - Hybrid role based in Cardiff!The Mortgage Case Manager roleAs a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in assisting both clients and advisers, ensuring a seamless mortgage case management, focusing on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strict compliance standards.You will manage a large pipeline of cases that will consist of, Residential, Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Buy To Let Mortgages, it is desirable that you have the knowledge, experience and confidence to manage these types of cases and their complexities.Mortgage Case Manager key responsibilities.

• Engage with clients, lenders, solicitors & advisers, addressing queries, offering guidance on the finance process, and providing excellent customer service.
• Obtain necessary documentation and information for lenders, ensuring compliance and uploading documents to lender portals.
• Problem solving skills - proactively liaising with BDMs & solicitors to resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Manage Mortgage administration from start to finish.
• Maintain a clean and reflective company pipeline.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow processes effectively.
• Consistently achieve and exceed targets, driving success for both you and the team.

Mortgage Case Manager desired skills and experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager
• Experience with Bridging Finance and Portfolio buy to let
• Good understanding of credit reports, KYC, AML and fraud prevention systems
• Ability to deal with a high-volume workflow and be able to prioritise accordingly
• Technology-savvy with a passion for building a new, market-leading
• Enthusiastic and driven individuals able to form strong relationships.
• Professional phone manner and good written communication skills
• Organised, Articulate, Numerate and Confident and a good attention to detail
