Job Profile: Venue Sales Manager for EE Franchise Field Team

Role Overview:

As a Venue Sales Manager for the EE Franchise Field Team, you will lead and oversee a team of Venue Sales Executives responsible for sales of EE broadband products. Your role will include setting sales targets, training & mentoring sales ambassadors, ensuring sales goals are met. You will represent the franchise, Ortel Limited, and the EE brand, manage customer relationships, and provide strategic feedback to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

?Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of Venue Sales executives to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.

?Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and market penetration in the designated area.

?Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

?Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyse sales performance data, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.

?Customer Engagement: Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues.

?Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the Ortel & EE brand during customer meetings, community events, and sales presentations.

?Administrative Duties: Manage sales records, customer accounts, and provide detailed reports to senior management.

Recruitment: Assist in hiring new sales agents by conducting interviews and assessing candidates' suitability.

Essential Qualifications:

?Experience: Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a B2C or field sales environment.

?Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent data analysis abilities, and proficiency in understanding customer needs.

?Attributes: Highly confident, resilient, and able to maintain a positive mindset. Strong persuasion and rapport-building skills are essential.

?Requirements: Must be over 18, eligible to work in the UK, willing to travel within the designated area.
