- Support the practice management and assist in driving the business forward, putting systems in place to optimise daily tasks.
- Effective management of clients and client events
- Exceptional written and spoken communication
- Managing bookings and arrangements for the practice
- Organisation and time management are essential for this role.
- ensure business processes are adhered to
- Responsible for maintaining client information and making sure it is all correct and up to date
- contribute to all projects within the office and supporting with annual marketing plan.
- meeting and ensuring the annual goals are met by all individuals.
- The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but in the ability of the individual
- The individual needs to present the business confidently and professionally.
- Need to be confident in preparing corporate documents, including meeting packs.
- Comfortable working on CRM systems
- Developing client relationships and hosting them when in the office.
- The ideal candidate needs to project a professional image in both appearance and attitude.
- Answering the phones, general customer service
- Data entry
- Using Microsoft systems

Required

- Experience in managing people, systems, processes and procedures
- Knowledge of related regulation and legislation.
