We're searching for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on impactful projects within the government sector.In this role, you'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their needs and design tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. As a trusted advisor, you'll translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, guiding clients through their transformation journey.What You'll Do:- Gather Requirements: Lead workshops and interviews with Subject Matter Experts and Product Owners to identify business and functional needs.- Design Solutions: Work alongside Solution Architects and Developers to develop high-level and detailed solution designs.- Manage Product Backlog: Own the Product Backlog, ensuring clear documentation of User Stories and obtaining sign-off from Product Owners.- Reengineer Processes: Provide recommendations for enhancements and streamline business processes based on best practices.- Own Functional Design: Ensure that the solutions meet user needs while aligning with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.- Develop CRM Roadmaps: Help clients create CRM roadmaps and showcase the possibilities of Dynamics 365.What You Bring:- A genuine enthusiasm for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.- Full implementation lifecycle experience with CRM programs.- Strong facilitation skills to gather user requirements and create actionable business processes.- A passion for agile methodologies, including crafting Epics, Features, and User Stories.- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft tech stack and its application in fast-paced environments.- Excellent communication skills to clearly present ideas to all stakeholders.- A flexible mindset and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to engage effectively with everyone from executives to end users.If you're ready to make a meaningful impact within the government sector and work with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!By applying to this advert you are giving CPS Group (UK) Ltd authority to hold and process your data for this specific role and any other roles we may deem suitable to you over time.
