This is an opportunity to join a long-established law firm that can offer excellent quality work and fantastic career prospects. The successful Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate will be managing a caseload of complex Clinical Negligence matters on behalf of a range of clients to include NHS Resolution. There will also be opportunities to get involved with inquest and advisory matters.  The ideal candidate should have between 2-6 years PQE and experience of handling a defendant Clinical Negligence caseload, however those with a claimant background are also encouraged to apply.  In addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers a range of employee benefits to include:
