Salary: £26,000 - £34,000

Location: Cardiff

My client is seeking a Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst based in South Wales to join their experienced team of asbestos consultants. The team brings extensive knowledge and a genuine passion for the industry, with all asbestos services provided under one roof.

As an established asbestos consultancy, my client is equipped to handle even the most complex asbestos surveys and portfolios. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including surveys, sample analysis, and air monitoring. They operate across various domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, performing both Management and Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys.

The successful Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst will join an organisation committed to delivering the highest level of service to clients and ensuring the safety of their team through continuous training.

Requirements:

• BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours and weekend work
• Experience working on a wide range of projects, both large and small, including complex 4-Stage Clearances (although not essential)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys on a variety of domestic, commercial, and industrial properties
• Using Alpha Tracker software
• Performing four-stage clearances, background monitoring, and leak testing
• Majority of work will be local, with occasional travel to other areas for added variety and excitement in the role

• Caerphilly
• Newport
• Bridgend

This is a permanent position.
