An exciting permanent opportunity based in the heart of Cardiff Bay for an ECO Compliance Administrator offering a long term career with realistic growth opportunities.

You will be responsible for ensuring paperwork is correctly completed, compliant and ready for submission to the funder.
Ideally you would have worked within the ECO/Energy sector although this is not essential as full training and support will be provided. Experience using software such Microsoft Excel and Adobe document reader is required.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach and can work within a team to meet targets when under pressure due to deadlines. The skills needed to succeed:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Great concentration allowing you to screen data for long periods.
  • Work towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork is submitted within the allotted timescales.
  • Familiar with Google spreadsheets and internet-based research.
  • Assess documentation and resolve queries via telephone and/or email.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be organised and have good time management.
  • Willingness to continuously learn.
  • Be flexible and possess a positive approach with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Work towards strict target & be timeline driven.
  • Possess the ability to follow a process from start to finish - with accurate, consistent results.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently both alone and as part of a team.
  • Excellent IT skills able to use Microsoft Office software i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
