Estimator - The Company:
Our client is a leading global Tier 1 main contractor with an annual turnover approaching 10 Billion. The company is a global leader in the delivery of new build construction projects typically from 20m - 100m+ scross Local Authority, Commecial and Social Housing/Residential sectors.This is a very rare opportunity to join a Tier 1 main contractor as Estimator, with extensive guidance and development opportunity to build your career.
Estimator - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced (5years+) Estimator to join the
Pre-construction team based from the office in Cardiff. You will be responsible for hands on Estimating a variety of packages for new build projects. The company are able to offer stability, strong tender pipeline, excellent career progression and a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be working closely with a Senior/Managing Estimaor as part of the Estimating team.
Estimator- The Person
- You will have solid Estimating experience with either a national or regional main contractor (5 years +)
- You will have experience pricing new build projects/packages of at least 5m in value
- A good track record of winning tenders on projects with a good level of profitability.
- Commutable to the Cardiff area and happy to be office based (with some WFH)
- I.T Literate and flexible at learning new software programs
