We are delighted to be supporting a successful global business in helping them find a new People Operations Co-ordinator to join the team. With their UK head office based in in the heart of Cardiff you will be joining a busy, dedicated, and evolving team.

As the HR Co-ordinator you will be reporting into an experienced and passionate HR Manager and will be part of a proactive team in helping to support the HR people offering to the wider UK workforce. The role will encompass generalist HR support duties with a focus on analytics and Reporting, HR systems and HR Administration.

The Job

Analytics and Reporting

  • Gather, organise, and maintain accurate People data. Analyse People metrics to provide insights on key areas like performance and employee turnover.
  • Prepare and distribute People reports with key findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance, continuously improving data quality.

Systems and Technology

  • Maintain and optimise IRIS (People software), ensuring it meets company needs.
  • Implement new technologies and system upgrades, coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders.

Administration support for People Operations in the areas of:

  • Employee Lifecycle - Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Right to Work and Immigration
  • Learning and Development
  • Performance Management
  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Payroll and benefits
  • Employee Engagement and Wellbeing

Administration support for People Relations in the areas of:

  • Employment Law
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Contracts of Employment
  • Insurance, Risk Management and Compliance
  • People Practices and Employee Relations

The person specification

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or in progress required.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Strong knowledge of People information systems and data management.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with all levels.
  • Proactive and results driven.
  • A desire to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Good understanding of People processes and procedures.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary on offer £27,000 - £33,000 pa - depending on experience
  • Hybrid working - 3 days office and 2 days WFH with flexibility - Cardiff city centre office
  • 29 days A/L including bank holidays (under review)
