Our client, a busy, well established South Wales firm with offices in Cardiff & Bridgend have recently taken on new clients and now need a further three residential conveyancing executives / solicitors to join their growing teams.
You will be working alongside for local South Wales partners, assisting with a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from initial instruction to post completion.
They are looking for three dynamic and enthusiastic people with the appropriate skills and with 2 plus years’ relevant experience of residential transactions who can start in March / April.
