Recruit UK is looking for a Paraplanner to join a thriving IFA firm based in Cardiff. This firm offers a wide range of retirement, investment, IHT and business protectin solutions to their loyal clients. They are committed to providing a high standard of best practie and a level of excellence within their independent financial advice. This role is within the Wealth arm of an accountancy firm with clients across South Wales.

Role Overview

As a Paraplanner, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Financial Adviser, ensuring the quality of service is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Whole of market research, suitability reports, data gathering, liaising with providers and analysis of existing arrangements.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and completion within specific timescales/deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good spelling and grammar.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in Paraplanning (2 years minimum)
  • Solid understanding of pensions to support informed client interactions.
  • Qualified with your level 4 diploma in financial planning (open to part qualified)
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
