About the Role:
Vibe Recruit is excited to be partnering with our client in south glamorgan to find a dedicated and experienced Parts Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry who is looking to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and growing company.

As a Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring the efficient management of stock, and leading a small team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring that parts are readily available for customers, technicians, and service departments, while maintaining high standards of organization and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of parts staff, providing guidance and support.
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely ordering of parts to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts and accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, deliveries, and orders.
- Ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, providing excellent service.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts department.
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts and negotiate prices.
- Work closely with other departments, such as service and sales, to ensure a smooth flow of parts and materials.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a parts or automotive-related role, ideally with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and the industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- A valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
