Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Scheduling: Develop, manage, and update comprehensive project schedules from initiation to completion, covering project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation using critical path methodology.
Financial & Progress Reporting: Oversee financial aspects of projects, including day-to-day accounting, financial forecasting, and generating regular progress reports. Support project audits and assist in ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, such as milestones and payment applications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with project managers, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and a seamless project delivery experience.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed project documentation, track issues and risks, and support compliance across project milestones. Develop tools and templates to enhance project control processes.
Risk Management & Support: Support the PMO with risk management, procurement, and general project administration, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven background in a similar project control role.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and the MS Office Suite.
Project Execution: Ability to align schedules with project realities, including risk assessment and optimisation.
Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams.
