Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

Senior Chartered Building Surveyor - Cardiff 
My client is looking to recruit a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to work in their Cardiff office, supporting senior surveyors on various public and private sector projects across Wales and the South West. You'll have the chance to work on a range of projects, including refurbishments, fit-outs, and statutory upgrades. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
·Conduct condition surveys and manage subsequent works for a variety of clients.  
·Deliver a range of projects within national frameworks, including major refurbishments, external works, and statutory upgrades. 
·Handle Party Wall matters, contract administration, and project management. 
·Assist with business development and mentor junior team members. 
·Prepare designs, specifications, and detailed measured surveys. 
·Learn and apply principles of quality, safety, and environmental management in project delivery. 
 
Requirements: 
·Full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). 
·Full UK driving licence. 
·Strong communication, time management, and technical surveying skills. 
·IT proficiency, including CAD experience.
