Job Title: Senior Full Stack Web DeveloperSalary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (Plus comprehensive benefits)Hours: Full-TimeType: PermanentLocation: Cardiff, CF10Start Date: ASAPWork Pattern: Monday – Friday Are you a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a passion for leading projects and mentoring developers? This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing lead generation company, where your work will directly impact the business by enhancing digital solutions and optimizing infrastructure.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring best practices in development.
Coach and mentor developers, providing guidance on technical strategy.
Work closely with internal teams to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.
Develop and maintain applications using Symfony (or similar framework) and Vue.js.
Manage GIT version control and collaborate effectively within a structured development process.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in existing codebases.
Integrate APIs and manage MySQL databases with ORM frameworks.
Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and the consolidation of build tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Symfony (or similar PHP frameworks).
Proficiency in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with package managers such as Composer or NPM.
Experience with build tools like Webpack or Grunt.
Comfortable working in an office-based environment (remote work is not available).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, or server management).
Experience with automated testing and documentation best practices.
