This leading software platform are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions to their clients. As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer with expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to join their innovative team.

The Role:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and impactful. Working on their LMS platform, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding designs that elevate the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user-centric experiences for the LMS platform, ensuring seamless interaction and usability.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like FigmaCanvaArticulate 360, and Rise 360.
  • Enhance content design and interactivity with basic video editing skills (desirable).
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs, leveraging a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design improvements.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in UX and LMS platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong focus on LMS platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Canva, Articulate 360, Rise 360) and basic video editing. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to design.
  • Creativity: Ability to craft visually appealing and user-friendly designs that meet user needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to design challenges.
