Role:Multi Skilled HVAC Gas Engineer Bias
Salary: 28,000 - 44,000 Depending on experience.
Location: Cardiff
We are looking for a multiskilled engineer with a HVAC Gas bias, you will join a team of mutiskilled technicians to provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance.
You will be:
- Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks.
- Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
- Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely.
We are looking for someone who has:
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or Equivalent HVAC / AC qualification(s)
- F-Gas/ODS Regulations certification
- Commercial Gas Qualification
- A good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
- Full UK Driving Licence
