My client, a market leading, UK based Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Technical Director to manage their EIA Team based in Cardiff. Hybrid working available.

Applicants are required to have a BSc or MSc in a related discipline including Geography, Environmental Science or Environmental Management and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy managing EIAs, mentoring and managing projects.

Candidates are required to have experience in environmental compliance and coordinating reports, water resources, peat management, surface water management plans and pollution incidents.

As a Technical Director you will be required to manage project, mentor team members and complete varied environmental, renewable energy, water resources and hydrology projects for public and private sector clients, water companies, energy companies and housing developers.

Candidates will be required to complete;

-Co-ordinate Environmental Impact Assessments.

-Environmental Statements and Mitigation.

-Site Specific Surface Water Management Plans.

-Pollution Prevention Plans.

-Environmental Management Plans.

-EIA project management including managing and tracking project development.

-Frequent meetings with Clients to discuss project development.
