Overview:
A Top Tier regional modern Leading Law firm is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor. They are considering applications from 4PQE -10 PQE. This firm's workforce has grown by more than 500 while still retaining the nurtured culture.


Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* You will have a proactive approach to building and further growing the Employment department. Building new client relations to aid the growth of the department including occasional networking.
* Managing a caseload and advising on all round contentious and non-contentious Employment Law issues including but not limited to, Employment Tribunals, Corporate support, HR projects, investigations, policies and procedures.
* TUPE transfers, settlement agreements, Discrimination claims, Harassment, Settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, restructures/redundancies and contractual issues.
* Mending and negotiating on employment aspects of any asset or share purchase agreement, Drafting Service Agreements or Consultancy Agreements for key individuals.
* Dispute Resolution and mediation.
* Drafting and advising on
* Drafting contracts, contractual disputes and implementation of contractual changes
Experience Required:
* At least 4 years Post qualified Solicitor or equivalent in Employment Law including Corporate support.
* Experience dealing with various employment law Issues as listed above.
* Employment tribunal litigation.
* Advocacy experience preferred but not essential /
* Fluent Welsh speaking and writing desired but not essential.
