Overview:
A Top Tier regional modern Leading Law firm is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor. They are considering applications from 4PQE -10 PQE. This firm's workforce has grown by more than 500 while still retaining the nurtured culture. This firm is Vibrant and full of opportunities.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* You will have a proactive approach to building and further growing the Employment department.
* Advise clients
* Managing a caseload and advising on all round Employment Law issues including but not limited to, Discrimination claims, Harassment, Settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, TUPE transfers, restructures/redundancies and contractual issues.
* Drafting HR policies and procedures.
* Grow and develop the department. Training and supervising staff
* Building new and existing client relationships. Attending networking events.

Experience Required:
* At least 4 years Post qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
* Experience dealing with various employment law Issues as listed above.
* Employment tribunal litigation.
* Advocacy experience preferred.
* Fluent Welsh speaking and writing desired but not essential.
