Your New Organisation

My client is committed to the effective use of public resources and promoting a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. They have 3 offices in Wales, one in Cardiff, Penllergaer, and Llandudno. They offer hybrid working 2-3 days a week in the office and the base of operations is Cardiff.

Your New Role

You will support the Head of Business Services in delivering efficient services in health and safety, facilities management, and business continuity. You'll lead Health and Safety initiatives, manage facilities projects, support staff wellbeing, and coordinate business continuity plans.

What You'll Need to Succeed

You must be NEBOSH qualified with a minimum National Certificate or have a NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing certificate or similar. You will need to demonstrate experience of doing several different types of risk assessments in varied environments and managing people-related health & safety matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly are essential. Experience in facilities management, Health and Safety, and project support is required.
