We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a lady in her own home who has a C4 incomplete SCI. Applicants must live within 30 minutes of CF23 6JT.

As an Agency Care Assistant, you must:

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
• Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  
• Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
• Experience with spinal patients and bowel management desirable but not essential (training provided)
• Be able to travel to Leicester for paid training (travel paid)

The duties of a Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
