Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
  • Administer medication and monitor patient health.
  • Support nursing staff with clinical duties.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Assist other healthcare assistants.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a healthcare assistant in the UK and 6 months minimum in a senior role.
  • You MUST have your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
  • Current mandatory training certificates. (We can provide training if your current training is out of date)
