My client is looking to appoint a General Manager for this 4-star hotel located in an enviable position in Cardiff.

The Role

Heading up operational and commercial success of this large hotel (circa 200-bedroom) with large F&B and M&E space, we are looking to appoint a General Manager with a proven ability of success.

Currently performing well with a solid team and HODs in place, this is a exciting time to be joining this group where the right candidate can continue to stretch the success of this property.

The role commands full P&L accountability and a real opportunity for some entrepreneurial and creative flair within the brand.

The Candidate

You will currently be working as a General Manager or senior Operations Manager within the Cardiff market and be able to demonstrate your ability to excel in your skills.

We are looking for a strong people manager who can engage and add value to an experienced and stable senior management team.
